2. Prices
All prices are stated in the currency of the country to which the order is shipped. All prices within the EU, as well as Norwegian and British prices, include VAT. All prices outside the EU are exclusive of VAT.
3. Payments

4. Delivery
We deliver within Sweden and internationally.
Below are the standard delivery times per region:

- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- EU: 2–5 business days
- Outside EU: 2–7 business days
Delivery is made via our partners: PostNord, Instabox, BudBee, UPS and DHL. In case of delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your package. To exercise the right of withdrawal, register a return via the Return Portal.
Conditions for return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving the item.
- For returns using Skultuna's prepaid return label, Skultuna is responsible for lost packages, delays and other transport-related issues during shipping.
- For returns using your own shipping label, the package must be sent as a business parcel. Skultuna is not responsible for lost packages, delays or other transport-related issues during shipping.
No right of withdrawal applies to:

- Products with personal engraving.
- Visibly used products.
6. Complaints
We follow the Consumer Purchase Act and the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
We adhere to:

- You have the right to file a complaint within 3 years of the purchase date.
- You must complain within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. 2 months is always considered reasonable.
- If the defect appears within 12 months of purchase, Skultuna must prove the defect is not an original manufacturing or material fault.
- If the defect appears after 12 months, you as the buyer must prove the defect is due to an original fault, and not normal wear or careless use.
7. Warranty
Skultuna offers a 12-month warranty on all products. The warranty means we will remedy defects caused by manufacturing or material faults at no cost. It does not cover wear and tear and assumes the product has been used with normal care.
Note that Skultuna's products are largely handmade. Small variations between products are to be expected and are not grounds for complaint.
