The Groke is a gloomy creature. She is perceived as terrible by everyone who sees her. She shows up when you least expect it and rarely says anything. The groke radiates cold and the ground beneath her freezes to ice. Very little is known about the life of the Groke, because she doesn't like anyone and really no one likes her either. Usually she just stares menacingly with her round eyes and doesn't disappear until she gets what she wants. The Moomins are also afraid of the Groke, but still they feel sorry for her because she is so very lonely. The groke weighs almost 500g.
